CPM Investigates Price-Fixing in the Replacement Tire Industry

CPM is one of the Court-appointed co-lead counsel for End-Payor Plaintiffs in In Re: Passenger Vehicle Replacement Tires Antitrust Litig., MDL. No. 3107, Case No. 5:24-md-03107-SL (N.D. Ohio).

This lawsuit is brought as a proposed class action against Defendants Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Michelin, Nokian, Pirelli, and unnamed co-conspirators, manufacturers, and/or suppliers of replacement tires, for engaging in a conspiracy to unlawfully fix, artificially raise, maintain and/or stabilize prices, rig bids for, and allocate the market in the United States for replacement tires.

As a direct result of Defendants’ conduct, consumers and businesses paid artificially inflated prices for replacement tires and have thereby suffered antitrust injury to their business or property.

If you purchased replacement tires from a tire supplier (e.g., Les Schwab Tire Centers, Discount Tire, Costco, Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Big O Tires, Pep Boys, Mavis Discount Tire, Jiffy Lube, Walmart) that was manufactured by one of the Defendants above from January 1, 2020 through the present, and are interested in representing the class, please complete the form below. We welcome the opportunity to talk to you about your case and potential recovery.
