CPM Investigating Massive Data Breach at Hot Topic and Torrid

Have you shopped at Hot Topic or Torrid and/or joined their rewards program?  If so, your personal information was likely stolen in a recent data breach affecting over 50 million US consumers.

 CPM is investigating a recent massive data breach at Hot Topic and Torrid affecting over 50 million US consumers.  The data breach was first reported by Hudson Rock researchers on October 23, 2024.  The stolen data includes customers’ names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, and birth dates.  The breach also contains customers’ account numbers and some customers’ payment card information, including type, name on card, expiration date, and the credit card security code.
