CPM Investigating Oracle Data Breach

Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy is investigating a massive data breach involving highly sensitive Personal Health Information that Oracle recently disclosed. On February 20, Oracle detected a security breach that began on January 22, so for nearly a month hackers had access to an unknown volume of sensitive Electronic Health Records. These records can include diagnoses, medical history, medications, immunizations, X-rays, laboratory results, and clinical notes.
