CPM Investigating PIH Health Data Breach

CPM is investigating a data breach at PIH Health that may have disclosed the personal and medical information of 17 million patients.  The breached data includes, home addresses, cancer patients’ treatment records, private emails including test results and treatments, confidentiality agreements with employees, and around 100 active nondisclosure agreements between PIH Health and other medical organizations. 

If your identity theft monitoring service has notified you that your information was included in the breach, you are a PIH patient of former employee and believe your personal information has been stolen, or you have a received a notification from PIH Health, you may be entitled to compensation.
