CPM Investigating Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) for Submitting Fraudulent Tests and Reports to the US EPA



Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy is investigating Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) for submitting fraudulent tests and reports to the US EPA in connection with its sale of forklifts, excavators and construction machines in the United States.
