CPM Files Lawsuit on Behalf of the Surfrider Foundation to Restore Public Access to Martin’s Beach

CPM has filed a complaint on behalf of the Surfrider Foundation to restore public access to Martin’s Beach.  The Complaint alleges that the owners of Martin’s Beach, who purchased the property in 2008, have unlawfully erected a barrier preventing access to Martin’s Beach road, without a permit required by the California Coastal Act.
