CPM Partner Pete McCloskey Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award by Peninsula Coalition at 6th Annual Community Honors Dinner
On May 6, 2010, Pete McCloskey was awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award" by the Peninsula Coalition. The award, which honors those who have made extraordinary contributions to the community, was presented at the 6th Annual Community Honors Dinner.
Leaders in the business, labor and political communities have joined together to form the Peninsula Coalition. The Coalition advocates for, and helps fund worthwhile activities and initiatives on a local and county-wide level and is funded by its members. The Peninsula Coalition carries out its mission through several programs. The Peninsula Forward Project — a series of televised panel discussions on public policy, The Peninsula History Project — an ongoing study of our history and our people through televised biographies, features and interviews and the Community Honors Dinner in recognition of outstanding Peninsula citizens.
