CPM Welcomes Former Judge as a Member of the Firm

Hon. Frank C. Damrell, Jr., a retired United States District Judge and advocate for civic education, joins CPM as a principal. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in 1961, Bachelor of Laws from Yale Law School in 1964, and Doctorate of Law (Hon.) in 2005 from the University of Santa Clara. Damrell will head up the Sacramento office of CP&M.
