CPM Awarded Co-Lead Counsel in Lumber Liquidators Case

Nancy Fineman has been appointed co-lead counsel in the Lumber Liquidators case filed in the Eastern District of Virginia.  The class action was filed against Lumber Liquidators alleging that their Chinese-manufactured laminate wood flooring products emit unsafe and dangerous levels of formaldehyde.
