With CPM Pro Bono Representation, Federal Judge Protects “Dreamers,” Issues Injunction Against Trump Administration

Yesterday evening, federal District Court Judge William H. Alsup issued a preliminary injunction preventing the Trump Administration from rescinding the DACA program. CPM represents the City of San Jose in the case on a pro bono basis. The case is being handled by CPM attorneys Joseph W. Cotchett, Justin T. Berger, Brian Danitz, and Tamarah P.
