CPM Pursues Google, Apple & Intel Litigation Involving Alleged Breach of Duties by Boards

These three separate cases allege that certain officers and directors of Google, Apple, and Intel entered into illegal agreements not to recruit each other’s employees are continuing to proceed in the Santa Clara Superior Court. The underlying lawsuit filed by employees has settled and the parties in that case area seeking court approval for the settlement. These cases seek to hold the directors and officers responsible for breaching their fiduciary duties by entering into and ratifying the agreements.
