Congratulations to Niall McCarthy and Justin Berger on receiving the 2019 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Award from the Daily Journal. McCarthy and Berger were honored with the CLAY Award for securing a $102 million settlement with oil company BP, days before a month-long trial in the whistleblower case was set to begin.
