CPM Prevails On Ownership of WWII Tanks

In 2014, Vulcan Warbirds purchased a World War II German Panzer IV Tank. The Tank was a prominent feature of the world famous Littlefield Collection of military vehicles in Portola Valley, CA. Yet, after Vulcan paid the funds, the seller experienced seller’s remorse and refused to allow Vulcan to pick up the Tank. CPM first obtained a preliminary injunction preventing the seller from moving the Tank. In The Tank case went to trial in July 2016. CPM obtained a judgment, determining its client was entitled to immediate possession of the Tank. The case was tried by Phil Gregory and team.
