CPM is Named Co-Lead Counsel in Suit Filed for Generic Drug Price Manipulation of Digoxin and Doxycycline

Plaintiffs allege that defendants conspired to unlawfully raise the prices of generic doxycycline and generic digoxin to supracompetitive levels—thereby injuring consumers and members of the Indirect Purchaser Classes.
