CPM Battles Price Fixing in Domestic Air Travel

CPM was appointed co-lead counsel in a case alleging that defendants have illegally colluded to fix, raise, and maintain the price of domestic air passenger transportation through various means, including by eliminating or restricting the supply of domestic air transportation – otherwise known as seating “capacity.” Plaintiffs filed a Consolidated Complaint in March 2016. Motions to dismiss have been fully briefed. The case is pending Washington, D.C. The case is being handled by Steve Williams, Elizabeth Tran, Joyce Chang and team.
