Supreme Court denies cert in Martins Beach Public Access Dispute in victory for CPM

CPM and Surfrider Foundation’s victory over access at Martins Beach stands as U.S. Supreme Court denies Vinod Khosla’s Petition for Certiorari.  The denial makes final the California Court of Appeal’s decision from a year ago requiring that Martins Beach be open to the public until the owner complies with the Coastal Act.
